More than 25 years of practice in the entire decoating technology  is recovered in design and construction of our decoating facilities conc special requirements of related decoating processes used today in terms of material, control and applications.

All decoating systems are made entirely of stainless steel - basin, frame, pipings-, and easy  in installation and handling with little effort.  With mains connection by simple CEE16 plug just a matter of plug and play....

Our standard systems pd75, pd150, pd75 US and pd150 US (US means equipped additionally with ultrasonic system) are characterized by following specifications in addition to their very compact design:

• universally usable for all commercially available wet-chemical decoatiing processes especially for CARBIDE and TOOLING STEELS
• optimal bath movement cause 3-dimension agitation
• pneumatically driven platform with oszillating UP/DOWN function which also allows easy load/unload parts to be decoated
• horizontally arranged overflow system with integrated overflow tank incl. circulating pump and oil separation

As a result the regular process time/decoating time is normally reduced by or more than 50% contributing additionally to gentler decoating of your parts.

• easy to use thanks to the soft touch program surface with auto-intuitive menu guidance and included 10 program slots for customer-specific decoating and cleaning processes
• integrated fume extraction (passive) with standard connection D100 for internal exhaust systems and ventilation fan

In addition to our compact models pd75, pd150 etc. we also offer multi-tank systems in row-construction, mostly with integrated rinse and hoit-air dryer. At customer´s request multi-tank system can also be delivered with (semi-) automatic converters/displacers.

Of course, as an alternative, our compasct systems pd75 etc. can also be installed modularly in a row since they are identical in terms of their external dimensions and appearance, regardless of wether for decoating, cleaning, rinse or drying purposes. All systems have CE conformity and a corresponding

certificate.

Our decoating systems pd75, pd150 etc. are also available with additional features like:
